Do I have to take online payments through Auto Shop Base?
No. Stripe Connect (text-to-pay, online invoices, financing) is an optional feature. You're paying for your tier whether you use it or not. Most shops turn it on because it gets them paid 3-5 days faster — pure Stripe rates, no markup from us. But it's your call.
What's the real difference between Professional and Enterprise?
Professional ($250) gives a solo owner-operator the whole product — MPI, voice DVI, AI smart suggestions, ShopPulse, a free custom website, the works. Enterprise ($500) adds tech and writer PIN logins so your employees can each clock in on the same shop iPad with their own account, plus per-person time tracking and white-glove setup.
